The work Todd and the guys did was awesome, replacing our old wooden framed windows/doors with double glazed wooden framed windows/doors (which they prime so you just have to do the final coats of paint) in our 1900's workman's cottage. It was a real pleasure to watch craftsmen at work. Their attention to detail was outstanding and they were constantly making sure the work areas were clean and tidy.

Our next door neighbour, a builder by trade, commented on the high quality of their work - I pointed out they were joiners/cabinet makers by trade, so use to dealing with fine details.

They turned up on time and, if they couldn't due to things like weather, they communicated clearly with us.

Todd also took a great consultative approach when discussing some design considerations, which really helped us - especially with the stackable doors we put in on the deck.

My only regret is that we never used them to earlier!
